The Ground location of solar panels maintains a clean roofline while also making maintenance easier. Custom concrete/ shiplap walls in the ensuite, living, and dining rooms give a modern look and the Interior timber frame and front door seamlessly harmonize with exterior wood details.

In the kitchen, the sliding pantry entry door allows easy access to pantry work stations. All three bedrooms in this home (equipped with en suites) are positioned at opposite ends of the house, providing added privacy in an open concept environment.

The Laundry room is located beside the master bedroom for ease of accessibility, while the mechanical room is located in the 6’ crawlspace freeing room in the main living area. Rain barrels have been installed to reduce water use, and the installed heat pump, heat pump dryer, and hot water tank further reduce owner costs.
