- Ductless heat pump units, electric baseboards, an electric hot water tank, energy-efficient windows, Energy Star appliances, LED potlights and fixtures, R-22 walls, R-40 ceiling batts, and an EV charger were used in the renovation.
- Slotted oak wall panels used in the living room and bedroom create a warm, modern appearance.
- The renovated suite’s roof or deck area addresses lot size issues and provides pool and backyard access.
- Decks are integrated with the suite addition, permitting easier access to the pool and backyard and preserving the natural ambiance of the backyard.
